Series UV Water Treatment

The
SS, SV, and W Series are designed
for point-of-use or point-of-entry
system applications. The water
contact vessel is fabricated using
304 stainless steel. All models
are constructed utilizing plasma
or fusion welding, providing
strong food grade, uncontaminated
welds. These models are engineered
for vertical installation, after
the pressure tank and any other
treatment devices, such as
softeners or filters, and before
the point of first potable water
use.
The
ultraviolet lamp and quartz sleeve
remove fro thetop of the unit to
facilitate easy service and
maintenance.

System! The system sounds an
audible alarm buzzer if the
ultraviolet lamp should fail.
Specialized
Applications
SSW models provide a quartz
sleeve wiper system where frequent
cleaning of film or other deposits
is needed. This means that no
disassembly of the unit needed for
cleaning! SSW's have a removable
flanged head on the water contact
vessel allowing interior access
for inspection and cleaning.
Several states currently require
this feature for fail safe designs
on public water systems.
